Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with a The Chelmsford Skin Clinic you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions.
* Your non refundable booking fee is to secure the therapist’s time, pre-order treatment, etc
* You are required to attend the clinic 48 hours before your appointment should a patch test be required for your treatment. Should you fail to attend your booking fee will be forfeited.
* You must give 48 hours notice should you need to move or cancel your appointment. Any notification received after this time will forfeit your booking fee.
* To move or cancel an appointment, this is required to be via phone during Clinic opening hours or via our online booking system.
* Appointments can be moved once. To move an appointment for a second time, a further booking fee will be required.
* Should an appointment be moved or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice the booking fee will be lost and cannot be redeemed.
* If an appointment is moved or cancelled before the requested 48 hours then your booking fee will also be moved/refunded.
* No notification to the Clinic that you will not be attending your appointment then full payment will be collected/owed.
* Non-refundable booking fee is a minimum of £20 or equal to 50% of your treatment costs, whichever is higher.
* All clients under 18 require a parent/guardian to attend the initial consultation
* All clients under 16 require a parent/guardian present within the treatment room for all consultations and treatments.
* We are unable to carry out tinting treatments on anyone under 16.
We reserve the right to cancel all appointments that are not secured with a booking fee.
